“Restore balance to your life; rest your body, mind, and spirit; take comfort that your loved one will become our loved one, every moment they are in our care.”

Caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia is a full-time job, one that requires extraordinary patience, and round-the-clock vigilance. The emotional and physical toll can be overwhelming, often leading to anxiety, depression, and caregiver burnout.

Barton House offers affordable respite care so that caregivers and their families can attend to their own needs and restore some balance to their lives and schedules. For some families, respite care is an essential addition to their weekly routine, for others it can meet a temporary need for daytime or overnight assistance. And for many, respite care eases a transition into full time residential care.

Whatever your family’s need or situation, we want to help.
